About this Project

Formally St Peters House, Gower Street, Derby DE1 1SB, Prosperity House is a large eight-story building located in St. Peter’s Quarter, Derbyshire.

Prosperity House has been constructed in two phases, with work to convert the first 91 apartments being completed in March 2017 and the remaining 65 apartments completed in August 2017.

 

The 1970’s 108,000 sq. ft. office building was granted planning permission after being purchased by Nottingham-based ALB Investments Ltd in 2015. Following approval from Derby City Council, the development was to be converted into 156 luxury apartments over eight floors with 3 newly refurbished commercial units.

The former St. Peters House has been transformed into 156 Luxury 2 Bed & 1 Bed Apartments over 8 floors with three newly refurbished commercial units.
