A boutique collection of 12 individually styled one-bedroom apartments.

4-8 Heritage Mews was an empty four story office building which was granted planning permission to convert it into 12 separate apartments.  Part demolition of the back addition was carried out to form new external terrace, new windows, doors and roof lights installed to south facing elevation, new entrance canopy to north elevation and installation of roof lights to the southern aspect. A new entrance door to the north elevation and external cladding. 

Each unique apartment features a kitchen fitted with microwave, fridge and hob, a 49” flat screen TV, full SKY TV package including sports and movies and high-speed broadband. Set over three floors it will offer the very latest in serviced city centre living, with an AI concierge service through which guests can order food, dry cleaning, tickets for local events and other amenities.
