About this Project

The comprehensive redevelopment of Castle Court retained the shell and many of the features of the existing building.

The redevelopment has seen the building transformed into 141 new apartments, creating 65 one-bedroom and 76 two-bedroom accommodation.

ALB Black Country Properties Limited bought the eight-story office block, formally known as Falcon House, after realising there was a shortfall in residential housing in the town.

DL Rhodes & Son were thrilled to be appointed as Principle Contractor and is delighted to have been involved in another regeneration project.
